Trails House is Ascend Healthcare’s trauma-specific residential treatment facility, designed to meet the unique needs of adolescent boys aged 12-17 who have experienced or been exposed to traumatic events. Trails is located on a small animal farm, providing clients with the opportunity to form meaningful connections with the animals they care for daily.
