Flexible Transitional and Preventive Care
While many teens enter our PHP and IOP programs as a natural step-down from residential treatment, these programs also serve adolescents transitioning from hospitalization or other intensive levels of care.
PHP and IOP can also act as early intervention options—helping prevent the need for residential placement by providing a structured, therapeutic environment for clients living at home.
Each program offers a rigorous clinical schedule designed to promote stabilization, skill building, and confidence in daily life. Clients receive the same individualized, evidence-based care found in our residential programs, within a supportive outpatient setting.
