Kallos is Ascend Healthcare’s residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting adolescents aged 12-17 who struggle with primary mental health disorders and secondary disordered eating behaviors. Situated in the tranquil hills of Tarzana, our 6-bed all-gender program provides a safe and nurturing environment for adolescents to address underlying mental health issues while fostering a balanced relationship with food, exercise, and body image.
